How the dispute process works
Submit your claim
Go to your order, click "Open dispute", choose the reason, and attach evidence (photos, inspection reports, messages).
Review (1–2 days)
Our Trade Assurance team reviews your case. We may contact both parties for additional information.
Mediation (3–7 days)
We broker a mutually acceptable resolution. Over 80% of disputes are settled at this stage.
Decision & refund
A binding decision is issued if mediation fails. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days.
Filing tip: Disputes must be opened within the protection window shown on your order (typically 30–60 days after delivery). Gather photos, inspection reports, and any supplier messages before filing — this speeds up review significantly.
